The content of this website is provided for general information and service explanation purposes only and is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

Spectrum Services reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Booking & Service Fees
Spectrum Services provides professional cleaning and related services. All service fees are non-refundable once the service is completed, except in cases of verified company-caused service failure. Prices may be updated from time to time and apply only to future bookings. Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes, if any.
9. Payment Methods & Auto-Debit Authorization
We accept payments via approved online payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash (where applicable). Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Spectrum Services does not store card details. However, by choosing card payment, you authorize auto-debit through our secure payment partners for:
- Recurring or subscription services
- Future bookings
- Outstanding balances
- Cancellation charges or penalties (if applicable)
10. Cancellations
A minimum 6-hour advance notice is required for all cancellations.
Cancellations must be made via email or official Spectrum Services communication channels.
Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice, no-shows, or failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the service value, to cover operational costs.
11. Safety & Liability
- Spectrum Services conducts reasonable background checks on its staff.
- Clients are advised to take normal precautions to safeguard personal belongings.
- Spectrum Services shall not be liable for loss, damage, or theft unless directly caused by proven company negligence.
12. Property Damage Disclaimer
Spectrum Services is not responsible for damage to property, interiors, or belongings during or after the service unless legally required. Any claims must be reported within the specified timelines 24 H.
13. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information
- Ensuring safe and timely access to the premises
- Maintaining confidentiality of your account details
14. Age Restriction
Users under the age of 18 years may not register or book services without parental or legal guardian consent.
15. Communications
By using our services, you consent to receive communications via WhatsApp, SMS, email, phone calls, or app notifications for confirmations, updates, service-related messages, and marketing purposes.
16. Refund Policy
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
17. Quality Assurance
Spectrum Services maintains quality through:
- Random service inspections
- Client feedback follow-ups
- Internal supervision and reviews
18. Reporting Issues
Clients must report issues within the following timelines:
- Damaged items: within 24 hours
- Missing items: within 48 hours
- Reports outside these timelines may not be accepted.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
20. Assignment
Spectrum Services may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without prior notice or consent.
21. Restricted Jurisdictions
Spectrum Services does not provide services to sanctioned or restricted countries in accordance with UAE regulations.
